The project is about an online course regarding entrepreneurship. The motto of our circle is “Nurturing Youth Through Entrepreneurial Mindset”.

Following are the step we have already done:

· Designed the logo of the course

· 80% of 1st content is already designed online

· Research about the course is going on through different platforms like Google and Youtube.

· Overall Course content is about to finalize.

· We are going to arrange a seminar this week.

For this, pamphlets are designed, the guest speaker is invited, and the campaign is running to reach people.

Most people think about the job seeker and not about the job provider. The real goals of our plan are to develop students with excellent skills to have a mindset of a good problem solver, critical thinker, and job provider. Schooling is the first place where students can be diverted in any direction. That’s why we decided to take initiative for the student to come out with the entrepreneurial mindset.

So, the major tasks that we plan to achieve with the help of our nation builders motto:

· Lifelong learners.

· Be passionate.

· Be ready to take risks.

· Be able to problem-solve and think critically.

· Be able to work independently and with others.

· Be creative.

· Care and want to give back to their community.

· Stay away from the Rationalization system.

· Be Practical.

· Improve your hidden skills through experimentation.

For attaining the goals we have scheduled over action. We set up over plan just by starting over goal with a short term balanced program and then we will move toward the long term goals. Our priority is to send our idea to as many people as we can and then we will start our course by enrolling the most competent students. With the course, our priority is to conduct the research-based assessments to achieve the set goals.

We divided the tasks within the group by using mega project content and decided to work with two members of each by using this content.

· Two members are working at a start-up.

· Two are working on creativity

· And so on.

Firstly we are doing the course free of cost but with time to make it sustainable, we can make it free for the poor and will charge from the people who can pay the cost, and also we can also ask the different organizations to invest in our plan.

We found many struggles in the initial steps. An entrepreneur is a new thing for the student and it is very difficult to make their mind enroll in this course. Also, group members belong to different cities so the background of every area is different. First, we decided to design the whole course in English but then due to circumstances, we changed it to Urdu.
