The major problem which the Pakistani students are facing in school level nowadays is the lack of creativity, innovation, critical thinking, problem solving, leadership skills, taking risks and sense of responsibility. They are lacking the technique of design thinking. Although, it is due to the idiocy of our abortive mindset and the traditional education system that creates hindrance in the path of the Pakistani students to be entrepreneur mindset. Even though emerging students are facing the issue of education bureaucracy as the teachers have the concerned about the theoretical standing while practical implication of the concepts do not matter to them. As a result, it stops the young students to come out with new ideas and come forward with better innovations which is the root barrier in their way of entrepreneurship causes negative impact on economic sector of Pakistan.

The operation of the Traditional Schools in Pakistan

Another major challenge is the social constraints and the traditional mindsets of the Pakistani people. Although, now the society commence to support the education and the new ideas and are moving forward towards growth mindset but we can not say that these evils or constraints are totally diminished from our society. Kids are under hefty pressure for choosing their career which negatively impacts on their skills like creativity, decision making and they also loss their self confidence.

Students are out of their minds

When the students come out from the traditional educational institutes and start their professional career or a job they do not have the ability to think out of the box, to take risk, to be innovative and take responsibility within the organization. As they can not be play a role of a Most Valuable Team Player and lacks the Intrapreneur mindset. Furthermore, they are not even capable to do startup or to start their own business.

A young man who lacks the Intrapreneur mindset

There are a series of barriers in the path of students of the low level education institutes in exploring themselves, to be creative, to have growth mindset and basically they are unable to do self actualization. In order to gain the information from the students about the hurdles which they might face in the educational institutes and to observe their minds that are they holds the entrepreneur mindset or not? I have took the short interviews with the students of low level and also took insights of the environment and course outline of some educational institutes. From which I have experienced that they are just do cramming without attaining the concepts. As well as there is no practical implementation of what they have learnt. Due to which they are not open minded and are not even able to explore new ideas and to be creative. Even they have no clear vision to their career path and are unable to choose their career and are unaware about their passion.

Taking interview to the school students

On the whole, we can conclude that our traditional educational system is ruining the career of our young generation. Due to these worst circumstances our emerging talent is suffering badly which is effecting the economic sector of Pakistan.
